The PCR test taken no more than 72 hours prior to departure. Everyone arriving in the Maldives over 1 year old must provide a negative PCR test certificate for COVID-19 in English in both printed and electronic form. PCR-the test must be done no earlier than 96 hours before the 1st port of embarkation. There is a curfew in the Greater Male’ area (which includes Male’, Vilimale’ and Hulhumale’) from 6pm to 6am local time. There are no movement restrictions within the Greater Male’ area outside of these hours.
